At last to get hands on few things in networking, installed GNS3 from the official website. I had to register and download the all-in-one setup. I installed all the packages that comes with the setup.
Looking at the GNS GUI, I feel it is a blank framework. We have to add network devices on our own. Router/Switches etc.
Being a Software QA in wireless domain, felt sad after knowing that in GNS we cannot install Cisco Aironet Access Points.
I found the following link:
https://community.gns3.com/docs/DOC-1831
This showed me how to add C3725-AD router.
Trying to start my study with Firewall. One more obstacle, adding ASA PIX on GNS cannot be done easily, because GNS3 doesnot officially support ASA.
Found a link,
https://community.gns3.com/docs/DOC-1914
that has some info.
